Description

Casa du Boir is lovely, detached, three bedroomed villa with a good sized Swimming Pool with Pool Heating an option in the cooler months, located in the prestigous and peaceful area of Binisafua Roters, close to Binibeca Vell which has recently been renovated to provide excellent quality holiday accommodation….

There are two terraces providing lovely sea views. The sitting room and all the bedrooms have air conditioning units and the villa is very well kept and maintained throughout.

There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and the pretty Binibeca Vell cove with further restaurants, a supermarket, cafes and other shops iare close by as well as the lovely beach at Binisafua and various coves and swimming from the rocks. Binibeca beach is approximately five minutes by car and Alcaufar approximately 10 minutes by car. Binisafua is an attractive residential resort within easy driving distance of Mahon the capital and has easy access to the rest of the south coast of Menorca.

The accommodation comprises:

A large master bedroom with king-sized bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin
Two Twin/Double Bedrooms (both with air conditioning) Can be made up as Superkings Beds if pre-requested.

The kitchen, lounge and dining areas are all open plan. The kitchen is being renovated in time for the 2021 season.

The Sitting Room with air conditioning, has a leather suite, with a sofa and two single chairs, a coffee table, Smart TV with many channels including Sky. Access to Netflix and Amazon Prime with your own login. DVD player, and CD Player. Wood Burning Stove.

The kitchen includes an electric cooker and gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, fresh drinking water system, coffee making machine.

Outside:

The double doors in the lounge lead out to a large covered private terrace with outdoor lounge/dining furniture and a private pool with hot/cold shower. There is also another terrace to the side of the dining terrace with sun loungers. The terraces overlook the pool and have sea views. There is a BBQ and for the more dedicated sun-bathers, there is a roof terrace with 2 sun loungers with fantastic views to the sea, up and down the coast.

The Swimming Pool is 3m x 8m and depth is 80cm to 140cm at the deep end with steps into the shallow end.

Towels and bed linen are changed once a week and there is an interim clean mid way for two week stays.

Please note children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool and note that there is a smalll drop to grass from the back of the pool so supervision is required for small children.

Guests should note that the villa is quite near to one of the flight paths to the airport, and therefore some slight aircraft noise will be experienced but we have never had complaints and it is not overhead.

There is a Wood Burning Stove and heating for visits in the cooler months. The villa is an all year round house and bookings from the beginning of November to the following April are available, price on application.
