What Do You Need When Making A Booking
A.
To secure the booking we will need a 20% deposit and the balance is payable ten
weeks prior to departure. Payment should be made by cheque or bank transfer

Do You Need A Security Deposit
A.
All our properties need a damages/breakages deposit and the amount will be specified
in the Booking Contract. This amount is sent to us and we keep the uncashed cheque
until your return. It is sent back to you within four weeks unless there are any
damages, breakages or missing items in which case it is cashed and you will receive
an account of the deductions.

Linen And Towels
A.
These are provided for you but not beach/pool towels so please bring your own. You
will be given information about the day to expect the clean linen and towels which
is provided mid way through two week bookings.

Maid Service
A.
The villa is cleaned for your arrival and when you leave but maid service is not
provided during your stay. If you require extra maid service, please ask and we
will arrange this for you at an extra charge with the property managers.

Transfers
A.
We do not provide transfers to the properties. When you arrive at the Airport you
can either take an airport taxi (the only taxis allowed to collect and deliver)
or we can arrange a hire car to be delivered to meet your flight.

Hire Car
A.
We can reserve a hire car for you with a local company and you pay for it on arrival.
Your agreement will be with this company and not with us.

Check-In Time
A.
The property will be available to you from 2pm normally. If there is a delay on
the outgoing party or the property is exceptionally dirty then we reserve the right
to put this time back to 4pm but in the majority of cases, you will have access
by 12pm. You are always welcome to leave your cases on the terrace and go for a
drink whilst the maids are finishing their work.

Check-Out Time
A.
The property must be vacated by 10am. If there is no-one else coming in that day
it might be possible for you to stay on but you will have to speak to the villa
manager to request this a few days before you leave.

Property Managers
A.
All the properties are looked after by a villa management company and you will be
given contact numbers for them. Any problems in the villa should be reported whilst
you are there and the managers will do their best to resolve them for you. We cannot
consider any problems or complaints when you get home that have not been reported
as the managers will not have been given the chance to remedy them.
