BOOKING INFORMATION
H & GC Villas & Apartments Ltd act as a booking agent for privately owned
villas and apartments in Menorca and the agreement is between you and the owner
of the property. The majority of the owners are UK based and their properties have
a maintenance contract with management companies based in Menorca, and therefore
if there are any problems with your villa or apartment during your stay, you will
have contact numbers for the property managers and they will do their best to help
you.
If you want to make a booking with us please telephone us first to ensure that the
property is free for your dates. If it is available, we will, if possible, hold
it for you for 24 hours whilst you sort out flights.
Our Booking Form and Contract will be sent out to you and should be returned within
three working days with the requested deposit. Please note that there is a £20 booking
fee for each booking. After three working days the property will go back on our
available register if the deposit and booking forms have not been received by us.
The balance payment is due 10 weeks before departure and once received you will
be sent directions to the property, key/access arrangements and contact numbers
for the property managers as well as some local information. When the balance payment
is due, we will also require a Security Deposit payment payable to H & GC Villas
& Apartments Ltd (detailed in your booking forms). This will remain un-cashed unless
there is any damage or loss occurring during your stay and returned to you within
four weeks of your return from the property. Please include a stamped self-addressed
envelope.
Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors on our website descriptions
and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel
confirmed bookings. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations,
we must reserve the right to do so.
If we have to make a significant change to or cancel your booking, we will tell
you as soon as possible. We will endeavour to offer you an alternative should a
significant change or cancellation occur.
